Title:
METHOD FOR COMMUNICATING BY MEANS OF A NOISE-LIKE CARRIER AND DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/117307
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to information transmission with the aid of noise-like signals in a ultra wide bandwidth. Said invention makes it possible to improve the reliability of communications and to increase interference protection and signal concealment in a communications channel. The inventive method consists in assigning a noise-like carrier code to a pair of receiving and transmitting devices, in modulating a short pulse sequence by means of the binary sequence of an information message for producing a different-polarity pulse sequence, in forming a spectrum sequence of said different-polarity pulses by forming for each pulse, according to the polarity thereof, a direct or inverted pseudorandom sequence (PRS) corresponding to the assigned noise-like carrier code and in emitting the thus formed information message signal on said noise-like carrier. During reception of the information message signal on the noise-like carrier, said method also consists in analysing a jamming environment in a service band, in rejecting interference when monochromatic noises are present in the service band sections, in convoluting the noise-free signal with the assigned noise-like carrier code and in demodulating the selected sequence of the different-polarity pulses in such a way that the information signal is obtainable.
