Abstract:
It is intended to provide a method of keeping and accelerating hair thickening by promoting the expression of keratinocyte growth factor (FGF-7) in hair foliculus cells, preferably hair papilla cells; and a composition for promoting the expression of FGF-7 which contains adenosine and/or its derivative, in particular, an external agent for scalp aiming at keeping and accelerating hair thickening.
