Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a method for constructing an animal model of lung cancer. The method comprises atomizing lung cancer pathogenic substances into atomized particles, and causing the animals to inhale the atomized particles by means of inhaling to construct a desired animal model of lung cancer. By means of the method, standardized animal models of lung cancer that simulate the origin of lung cancer cells and the various stages and types of lung cancer during the development thereof can be constructed as needed by means of selecting atomized drugs, drug atomization particle size and the concentration of drugs, and animals, etc.
