Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for constructing a blackboard, including a construction surface organizing step which removes foreign substances from a construction surface for constructing a blackboard thereon, a first adhesive applying step which smoothes a surface of the construction surface by applying a first adhesive to the construction surface, a base unit constructing step which fixes a base board to the construction surface applied with the first adhesive, a blackboard unit assembling step which fixes the blackboard on the mounting board, thereby assembling a blackboard unit, and a blackboard unit connecting step which fixes the blackboard unit to the base board by connecting the mounting board with the base board using a connection member. Here, the mounting board and the base board may be detachably connected with each other.

Claims

[1] A method for constructing a blackboard, comprising: a construction surface organizing step which removes foreign substances from a construction surface for constructing a blackboard thereon; a first adhesive applying step which smoothes a surface of the construction surface by applying a first adhesive to the construction surface; a base unit constructing step which fixes a base board to the construction surface applied with the first adhesive; a blackboard unit assembling step which fixes the blackboard on the mounting board, thereby assembling a blackboard unit; and a blackboard unit connecting step which fixes the blackboard unit to the base board by connecting the mounting board with the base board using a connection member, wherein the mounting board and the base board are detachable from each other. [2] The blackboard constructing method according to claim 1, further comprising a second adhesive applying step which applies a second adhesive to the base board, so that the base board applied with the second adhesive is attached to the construction surface applied with the first adhesive. [3] The blackboard constructing method according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding member constructing step which connects a sliding member on the mounting board so that the blackboard is mounted on the sliding member.

Description THE METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING OF BLACKBOARD

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a method for constructing a blackboard.

Background Art

[3] A blackboard refers to a wide board material which is surface-processed to write or draw information to be conveyed thereon using a chalk. The surface of the blackboard may be coated with green or black paint. The blackboard has been widely used for the purpose of notice of information, education and so on since it is convenient to write, correct and erase information repeatedly and to maintain once constructed.

[4] In general, the blackboards are usually equipped in classrooms of schools and therefore are in great demand as a whole. Also, the demand has further increased due to abrasion of the painted surface after a longtime use and new construction of classrooms. Accordingly, more and more blackboards have been constructed.

[5] Such a blackboard may be structured to be slidable vertically or horizontally in accordance with the education environment. Also, the blackboard may further comprise a large magnet panel mounted inside so that magnetic materials can be attached to the surface of the blackboard. Especially, since introduction of a white board that does not generate chalk dust as the conventional blackboard by using a dedicated pen, while being more convenient in writing and erasing, the education environment and the convenience in use have been improved.

[6] According to a conventional method for constructing the blackboard or whiteboard, however, replacement of an old blackboard is subject to complicated processes. That is, in order to remove the old blackboard and newly construct a new blackboard, first, facing of a wall for constructing the blackboard is performed corresponding to size of the blackboard. After securing the construction surface, the construction surface is painted and after the paint is dried, the blackboard can be fixed to the construction surface of the wall using concrete nails. Thus, the overall replacement processes are complicated and difficult.

[7] In addition, according to the conventional constructing method, the blackboard can be constructed only after the facing and painting processes are all completed. Consequently, the whole construction time is elongated.

[8] Furthermore, because the respective processes including facing, painting, mounting and so on are all particular and troublesome, various artificers are required for each process to construct the blackboard precisely, accordingly increasing the cost of labor.

[9] Also, the conventional constructing method uses the concrete nails to fix an upper edge of the blackboard to the concrete construction surface completed with the facing and the painting. Therefore, if the blackboard is fixed with incorrect horizontality and verticality and left in that state for a long time, appearance of the blackboard made of wood would be gradually deformed and finally the blackboard cannot be used any more.

[10] In case of constructing a sliding-type blackboard by altering the existing wall-mount blackboard, the blackboard may be constructed incorrectly regarding the horizontality and the verticality, thereby being inclined in a certain direction or deformed. In this case, sliding of the blackboard would not be favorably performed after the construction.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[12] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for constructing a blackboard, capable of reducing the construction cost, simplifying the constructing process and thereby requiring less time for the construction.

Technical Solution

[14] In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the above and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of a method for constructing a blackboard, including a construction surface organizing step which removes foreign substances from a construction surface for constructing a blackboard thereon, a first adhesive applying step which smoothes a surface of the construction surface by applying a first adhesive to the construction surface, a base unit constructing step which fixes a base board to the construction surface applied with the first adhesive, a blackboard unit assembling step which fixes the blackboard on the mounting board, thereby assembling a blackboard unit, and a blackboard unit connecting step which fixes the blackboard unit to the base board by connecting the mounting board with the base board using a connection member. Here, the mounting board and the base board may be detachably connected with each other.

[15] The blackboard constructing method may further comprise a second adhesive applying step which applies a second adhesive to the base board, so that the base board applied with the second adhesive is attached to the construction surface applied with the first adhesive.

[16] The blackboard constructing method may further comprise a sliding member con-

structing step which connects a sliding member on the mounting board so that the blackboard is mounted on the sliding member. [17]

Advantageous Effects

[18] In accordance with a blackboard construction method according to the embodiment of the present invention, a base board is first attached to a construction surface for a blackboard using an adhesive, and a prefabricated mounting board connected with the blackboard in advance is fixed to the base board. Therefore, the construction process can be facilitated, accordingly reducing the construction cost and time.

[19] According to the blackboard construction method, additionally, the blackboard construction is performed by connecting the blackboard to the mounting board using a blackboard connection member and then connecting the mounting board to the base board in an accumulating manner. As a result, not only the construction time can be reduced but also the total cost can be saved by reducing the labor force.

[20] Moreover, according to the embodiment of the present invention, since a blackboard unit has a slidable structure, the blackboard unit being assembled can be directly applied to the base board without dedicated adjustment of horizontality and verticality of a sliding member.

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention

[28] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, so as to explain the present invention more specifically to the generally -known in the art. It is noted that, however, the present invention can be in various modified configurations not being limited to the

following embodiment. Also, the same or similar elements are cited by the same reference numerals throughout the specification.

[29] A method for constructing a blackboard according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be explained with Fig. 1 to Fig. 4.

[30] Fig. 1 shows processes of the blackboard construction method according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a structural view illustrating sequential processes for constructing the blackboard, according to the embodiment. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the blackboard being constructed, and Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the blackboard being constructed according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[31] Referring to Fig. 1 through Fig. 4, the method for constructing a blackboard according to the embodiment comprises a construction surface organizing step Sl, a first adhesive applying step S2, a base unit constructing step S3, a blackboard unit assembling step S4 and a blackboard unit connecting step S5.

[32] A base board 11 used in the base unit constructing step S3 is applied with a first adhesive and is attached to a construction surface 1 by the side thereof applied with the first adhesive. According to the another embodiment, in the blackboard unit assembling step S4, a blackboard 21 is connected with a sliding member 25. The blackboard 21 connected with the sliding member 25 is fixed to a mounting board 23 through a blackboard connection member 22.

[33] In the construction surface organizing step Sl, the construction surface 1 is pre- processed so that the first adhesive that will be applied in the first adhesive applying step S2 can be securely adhered to the construction surface 1. That is, various foreign substances and dirt are cleaned off the construction surface 1 in the construction surface organizing step Sl.

[34] More specifically, in order to remove the foreign substances such as dust and grease attached to the construction surface 1, a soft brush may be used when removing relatively light dust, or a steel brush may be used when removing cohesive dirt. In case of grease, warm water or various types of detergent may be used to dissolve and remove the grease. Especially when removing the grease using the warm water or detergent, moisture or a detergent solution should be completely dried.

[35] The first adhesive applying step S2 prepares the base board 11 that will be fixed to the construction surface 1 in the base unit constructing step S3. Specifically, in the first adhesive applying step S2, the first adhesive is uniformly applied to the construction surface 1 from which the various foreign substances are removed and the moisture and detergent solution are fully dried, such that a rear surface of the base board 11 can be securely attached to the construction surface 1 by any part thereof.

[36] The base board constructing step 3 prepares connection of the base board 11 to the

construction surface 1, the base board 11 to which the mounting board 23 will be fixed in the blackboard unit connecting step 5. More specifically, the base board 11 that will be connected with the blackboard 21 is connected to the construction surface 1 in an accumulating manner, and fixed to the construction surface 1 by a base board connection member 13. A second adhesive may be preprocessed on one side of the base board 11 directly contacting the construction surface 1 in order to enhance cohesion between the base board 11 and the construction surface 1.

[37] In the blackboard unit assembling step S4, a blackboard unit 20 is assembled, which will be fixed to the base board 11 connected to the construction surface 1 prepared in the base unit constructing step S3. More specifically, the blackboard 21 is fixed to the mounting board 23 by the blackboard connection member 22. In case of the sliding- type blackboard 21 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the sliding member 25 is connected to a rear surface of the blackboard 21 in the blackboard unit assembling step S4. The blackboard 21 connected with the sliding member 25 is fixed to the mounting board 23 by the blackboard connection member 22.

[38] The blackboard unit connecting step S5 is the final step completing the construction of the blackboard 21, by fixing the mounting board 32 fixed with the blackboard 21 to the base board 11 using a mounting board connection member 24. Thus, the blackboard unit 20 is fixed to a base unit 10 through the blackboard unit connecting step S5.

[39] According to the embodiments of the present invention, as described above, after the foreign substances are removed from the construction surface 1 to construct the blackboard 21 thereon, the first adhesive is applied immediately and then the base board 11 is fixed onto the first adhesive. Next, the mounting board 23 connected with the blackboard 21 in advance is directly fixed to the base board 11. Therefore, the whole process for constructing the blackboard 21 can be simplified, accordingly reducing the construction time. Furthermore, since the labor force for assembling the whole structure is reduced, the construction cost can also be saved.

[40] In the prefabricated blackboard unit 20, although the blackboard 21 has a slidable structure, it is not required to dedicatedly adjust horizontality and verticality of the sliding member 25. Thus, the construction can be conveniently performed.

[41] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Industrial Applicability

[43] According to the embodiments of the present invention, a base board is fixed to an adhesive applied on a construction surface where a blackboard will be constructed. Then, a mounting board connected with a blackboard in advance is fixed to the base board. Thus, the whole construction process can be simply performed and, accordingly, the cost and the time can be reduced.
