Abstract:
Provided are a Rhodotorula toruloides engineering bacteria and a construction method therefor. The Rhodotorula toruloides engineering bacteria can express exogenous egt1 enzymes, so as to improve the capacity for producing ergothioneine. After fermentation, the yield of ergothioneine is close to 1.5 g/L, and the genetic characteristics of the engineering bacteria are stable.
