Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for construction of a herpes infection mouse model by using herpes virus and hydrocortisone and a herpes infection mouse model constructed by the method. Using the construction method provided by the present invention, an animal model explicitly exhibiting a herpes infection symptom can be constructed and can be widely used for developing a therapeutic agent for herpes virus infection.
