Abstract:
[Problem] To improve the speed of removal of bubbles while minimizing an increase in the size of a device for removing bubbles. [Solution] A method for continuously removing bubbles includes: a step for preparing a main container 3, a pressurizing container 17 that is connected to the main container and contains a working liquid 18, and a moving section C that is displaceably attached to the pressurizing container 17; a step for causing a liquid that contains bubbles and is being debubbled to flow into the main container 3; and a step for reciprocally displacing the moving section C, while supporting same with a supporting section 171a in the pressurizing container 17, so that the liquid being debubbled is repeatedly pressurized and depressurized, through the working liquid, from the area enclosed by a connecting section 172a, which is closer to the main container 3 than the supporting section 171a in the pressurizing container 17, thereby repeatedly decreasing and increasing the volume of bubbles. The area of the opening in the supporting section 171a is greater than the area of the opening in the connecting section 172a.
