Abstract:
An electronic device according to one embodiment may comprise: a first camera; a second camera including a lens moving in a movable section; a display; a processor; and a memory operatively connected to the processor. The memory can store instructions for allowing, during execution thereof, the electronic device to: respond to the execution of a function related to the first camera, so as to display, through the display, a first preview image of a first magnification acquired through the first camera; move the lens included in the second camera from an initial/default position to a first position set in the movable section, while the first preview image of the first magnification is displayed; respond to an input of requesting a zoom function at a second magnification, so as to move the lens at the set first position to a second position corresponding to the second magnification; and acquire, on the basis of the lens that has been moved to the second position, through the second camera, a second preview image corresponding to the second magnification. Other various embodiments are possible.
