Abstract:
A method for controlling an electronic apparatus to be started, which relates to the technical field of multimedia terminals. The method comprises: storing a pre-set fingerprint and time period matching table (S101); reading a fingerprint, and judging whether a time period matching the fingerprint exists at current time (S102); starting, if so, an electronic apparatus (S103); and skipping starting, if not, the electronic apparatus (S104). By means of the method, parents can be assisted in controlling time for a child to start an electronic apparatus when being away from home, thereby preventing the child from overusing the electronic apparatus such as a home game machine, a DVD player and a television, and eliminating the step of managing various passwords.
