Abstract:
A method for controlling an electronic device with a flexible screen, and the electronic device. According to the physical form and display state of the flexible screen as well as a touch operation of a user on a double-sided screen, it is determined whether screen capture, multi-control selection, icon movement, or control deletion should be triggered as a response, thereby improving the man-machine interaction efficiency of the electronic device to provide a better user experience. The physical form of the flexible screen comprises an unfolded state and a folded state, and when the flexible screen is in the folded state, the flexible screen is divided into a main screen and an auxiliary screen. The method comprises: when a flexible screen is in a screen-on state, an electronic device detects a first operation of a user on a main screen and a second operation on an auxiliary screen, an operating time difference between the first operation and the second operation being less than a preset time difference, and the touch position of the first operation corresponding to that of the second operation; the electronic device performs screen capture on the flexible screen in the screen-on state in response to the operations on the main screen and the auxiliary screen.
