Abstract:
A method for controlling lake sediment pollution release and cyanobacteria accumulation. According to wave-dissipation and interception-based prevention and control needs, a lake is divided into a plurality of regions, and the separating structures of wave-dissipating piles and bacteria-intercepting curtains are distributed by region. The present invention uses active wave-dissipation measures to reduce endogenous pollution release in the whole lake, and a method combining wave-dissipation measures and bacteria-intercepting measures. Disturbance of sediment by wind-induced waves is reduced by means of reducing the distance over which the wind-induced waves can travel, thus reducing the release of pollutants in the sediment, particularly total phosphorus. At the same time, the separating structures are also provided with a cyanobacteria intercepting function, thus greatly reducing the surface area on which bacteria can collect in emphasized prevention and control regions, and reducing cyanobacteria accumulation by the same proportion. The technical solution provided in the present invention is appropriate for lakes having repeated outbreaks of cyanobacteria, and is used for altering the habitat of algal outbreaks, and for effectively reducing the accumulation of cyanobacteria in specific regions.
