Abstract:
A power amount acquisition unit 3a acquires an amount of power consumption measured by a power amount measurement unit 8, a power-amount-monitoring unit 3b monitors reduction in remaining battery life on the basis of fluctuation in the amount of power consumption in accordance with the turning off of an IG switch, a standby period calculation unit 3c calculates a standby period on the basis of the reduction tendency of the remaining battery life, and a power source control unit 3d continues a power supply state from a power source unit 4 to a wireless communication unit 6 and a GNSS reception unit 7 when the IG switch is off and ends the power supply state when the standby period has ended. This makes it possible to appropriately set the standby period on the basis of the reduction tendency of the remaining battery life.
