Abstract:
A method for controlling a printer, wherein the printer comprises a first sensor, a print head, and a second sensor which are sequentially arranged in a conveying path of the printer, said method comprising: determining whether the first sensor has detected the presence of printing paper; determining whether the second sensor has detected the presence of the printing paper when the first sensor has detected the presence of the printing paper; and controlling the printing paper to move backward when the second sensor has detected the presence of the printing paper so that the top edge of the printing paper reaches a detection position of the second sensor, or controlling the printing paper to move forward when the second sensor has not detected the presence of the printing paper so that the top edge of the printing paper reaches the detection position of the second sensor.
