A method for controlling a refrigeration device, comprising: obtaining an ambient temperature and the cumulative operation time of a compressor; when the ambient temperature is within a preset temperature interval, and the cumulative operation time of the compressor reaches a preset cumulative time, obtaining a temperature changing gear of a temperature changeable chamber, a refrigeration door opening time, and the continuous operation time of the compressor; and when one of the temperature changing gear, the refrigeration door opening time, and the continuous operation time of the compressor reaches a preset condition, during the shutdown of the compressor, controlling a heating element to work for a preset heating time. The refrigeration device comprises an integrated air return structural member for returning air to the temperature changeable chamber and a refrigeration chamber, and the heating element is provided in the integrated air return structural member. In this way, the control can be started from multiple aspects, such that the control is more precise, and the risk of the icing of an air return path of the refrigeration chamber is further reduced.
