Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for controlling a semi-centralized open-winding multi-motor drive system in the field of motor control. The control method is as follows: firstly, a hardware circuit measures the current and direct-current bus voltage of a system, a position sensor measures the angle of each motor and calculates system speed, and a speed ring calculates the thrust of the motor drive system; then, by combining the rated current, flux linkage, and thrust of each motor, thrust is distributed to each motor and is converted into the form of a q-axis current, a current ring calculates the dq-axis voltage required by each motor, and a voltage demand is converted into an abc coordinate system by means of coordinate transformation; subsequently, the voltage of each motor is modulated into a duty cycle command, to determine whether the motor is in an over-modulation operation region, and over-modulation processing is performed on the voltage in the over-modulation operation region; and finally, the duty cycle command of the motor is distributed to an independent inverter and a common inverter. According to the control method of the present invention, the hardware costs can be reduced and the safety and reliability of the system are improved.
