Abstract:
A method for controlling a smooth start of a permanent magnet synchronous motor under sensor-less vector control. After a permanent magnet synchronous motor is started, a mode thereof is set as a constant-torque operating mode or a constant-speed operating mode. The method comprises: open-loop control: driving, with Iq_max as a target value of a q-axis current, a motor to operate, and under the open-loop control, when an actual steady-state operating speed V of the motor reaches a first target speed V_ref1, entering a constant-speed closed-loop control mode; and a constant-speed closed-loop control stage: using a current PI control loop of a q axis to slowly converge a real-time detected current value Iq1 of the q axis to Iq0; and in the constant-speed closed-loop control mode, increasing the first target speed V_ref1 to the highest target speed V_max to control the motor to operate, and then entering a constant-torque control mode. The method can ensure a smooth and stable start, reduce the vibration and noise during motor operation and improve start reliability.
