Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for controlling a synchronous tunneling and assembling thrust cylinder, and a system. The solution comprises: after the stroke of a thrust cylinder corresponding to a segment to be synchronously assembled reaches the axial size of the segment, performing pressure distribution on the remaining thrust cylinders to ensure that a resultant force is unchanged; controlling the thrust cylinder corresponding to said segment to be retracted; moving said segment; after said segment moves in place, controlling, by means of a pressure lower than a set value, the thrust cylinder corresponding to said segment to extend out, and pressing the corresponding assembled segment; and controlling a thrust cylinder corresponding to said segment to extend at the pressure lower than the set value, and to keep relative static with the corresponding segment, until the corresponding thrust cylinder is switched to a thrusting state to participate in tunneling. Under a synchronous assembling state, the pressure of the thrust cylinder is subjected to pressure distribution, such that a resultant force and an action point of the thrust of a thrusting system do not change along with an action of an assembled segment during synchronous assembling, and the synchronous tunneling and assembling construction quality is guaranteed.
