Abstract:
This method passes through: a measuring step of carrying out position measurement, in a cord length direction, by means of a touch probe 4 at a plurality of predetermined measuring points a to h from a blade root to a blade tip along a leading edge LE of a moving blade W gripped in a jig J set in a machining center 1; an adjusting step of using a personal computer PC connected by a LAN to a control unit 20 of the machining center 1 to adjust, on the basis of differences between the results of the measurements obtained by the touch probe 4 and design data of the moving blade W, a pre-built NC program for machining a trailing edge TE, in order to build an adjusted NC program for machining the trailing edge TE; and a machining step of carrying out machining of the trailing edge TE using the machining center 1, on the basis of the adjusted NC program for machining the trailing edge TE. Machining to correct the cord length can be performed without incurring a high correction cost, even if the cord lengths formed in the blade shape differ.
