Abstract:
In order to provide a method whereby shape data of an annular rotor surface can be corrected with good precision, the present invention is configured so that during correction of three-dimensional shape data of an annular rotor surface, a reference line along a detection target face of an annular rotor is set, after which reference equal-angle division points at which the reference line is divided at equal angles are set and the circumference of the reference line is then calculated from the distance between mutually adjacent reference equal-angle division points, and a plurality of reference equal-length division points at which the reference line is divided into equal lengths are set on the reference line using the circumference, after which interpolation points for correcting data of the detection target face of the annular rotor are set in positions separated a distance set in advance in the direction of a line normal to the reference line at the reference equal-length division points from the reference equal-length division points, and three-dimensional shape data of the interpolation points are then calculated using three-dimensional shape data to be corrected, and lastly, the interpolation points are moved on a circle concentric with a perfect circle having the same circumference as the aforementioned circumference and centered at a rotational center, using the aforementioned circumference and the aforementioned distance.
