The invention discloses a method of creating a multiparty conference, a system
for creating the multiparty conference and a media resource process device for
creating the multiparty conference. The method includes that a media resource
control device indicates the media resource process device to create a multiparty
conference, and the media resource process device creates the multiparty conference
according to the indication.
