Abstract:

A method of crystallizing in a short time organic oligomer slow in crystallizing speed without using a special device nor a large amount of energy, and an epoxy resin composition containing organic oligomer obtained by the method and being suitably used for semiconductor sealing, the method of crystallizing organic oligomers being characterized by adding, with powdery or granular organic oligomer seed crystal kept fluidized in a powder agitating mechanism-equipped device, liquid crystalline organic oligomer of the same kind into the device continuously or in batches, and mixing and dispersing the contents to generate crystals in the device.
