Abstract:

An excellent method of crystallizing reduced coenzyme Q₁₀ which is suitable for industrial production thereof. According to a method of crystallizing reduced coenzyme Q₁₀ from an aqueous solution, in particular, a method wherein reduced coenzyme Q₁₀ is crystallized from an organic solvent solution containing the same through the replacement by water or a method wherein an oily reduced coenzyme Q₁₀product is crystallized from an aqueous solution, the slurry properties or crystallization yield can be improved and thus reduced coenzyme Q₁₀crystals having excellent qualities can be obtained.
