Abstract:
A method of decomposing an organic polymer waste material, consisting mainly of the following steps: performing preliminary shredding and sieving on an organic polymer waste material; introducing the shredded organic polymer waste into an cavity A containing a low-temperature gas having a low oxygen concentration, burning the same, and employing a circulating high-temperature flue gas in a cavity B outside of the cavity A to perform auxiliary heating on the cavity A; after the burning, performing oil-gas separation on the resulting product, and collecting smoke and dust; and obtaining a clean low-carbon hydrocarbon flammable gas, oil mixture, and slag containing multiple metals. The low-temperature gas having a low oxygen concentration in the cavity A flows in an opposite direction to the high-temperature flue gas flowing in the cavity B to form a shear temperature difference. By employing the shear temperature difference, and employing an oxygen-free or low-oxygen de-chaining reaction, the present invention enables sedimentation and collection of harmful substances resulting from decomposition of a polymer waste material, and achieves energy efficiency and low carbon-emission by using multi-channel circulation of a flue gas.
