Abstract:
The present invention is a method for designing a beam joint structure comprising a support member, a beam an end part of which is joined to the support member, a floor slab that is joined above the beam, and a bolt that joins the end part and the support member when inserted in a composite through hole formed by overlaying a first through hole in the end part and a second through hole in the support member, wherein the method has a step for setting the flexural strength of the floor slab such that the bending moment acting on the floor slab, when the bolt is brought into contact with and bearing-joined to the inner surfaces of the first through hole and the second through hole in the longitudinal direction of the beam, is less than the flexural strength of the floor slab.
