Abstract:
Provided is a method that is for detecting an anomaly in blood coagulation reaction, and that comprises: (1) detecting a coagulation reaction end point Pe in a coagulation reaction curve of a blood specimen to be tested; (2) calculating T(X), where T(X) represents a measurement point or time at which the coagulation reaction curve reaches X% of Pe, and X represents a variable that is greater than 0 but not greater than 100; and (3) detecting an anomaly in blood coagulation reaction of the blood specimen to be tested, on the basis of T(X).
