Abstract:
A method for detecting basketball moves on the basis of a wearable device, and a wearable device. The wearable device comprises a sound wave collection apparatus and a motion sensor. In the method, a wearable device can collect first motion data, such as a movement speed and a motion distance, of a user within a first time period by means of a motion sensor; the wearable device can collect a first sound wave signal within the first time period by means of a sound wave collection apparatus, and determine, according to the first sound wave signal, whether the user produces a dribbling move within the first time period; and if it is determined that the user produces a dribbling move, the type of the dribbling move, such as stationary dribbling or running dribbling, is determined according to the first motion data. The wearable device can detect the specific control a user has over a basketball when the user is playing basketball, thereby effectively assisting the user in improving his/her ability to play basketball.
