Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING BIOMATERIAL USING MAGNETIC MICROPARTICLES AND SURFACE-ENHANCED RAMAN SIGNALS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/108218
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for the simultaneous detection of multiple biomaterials using Raman signals and magnetic microparticles (MMP) modified with a target capture probe. More specifically, the method comprises a step in which the modified MMP is hybridized with a biomaterial-specific target sequence to be detected and a signal probe, fluorescence signals are detected from each of a solution containing the hybridized MMP and a signal probe emitted from the MMP solution, and then metal nanoparticles are added to the emitted signal probe to detect Raman signals, and thus, the method can specifically detect two or more types of biomaterials with high sensitivity. The present invention is characterized in that fluorescence signals and Raman signals can be obtained with high sensitivity, a step for separating and then washing MMPs is simple, thus enabling multiple detection using various probes, and a hybridization step and a signal detection step are separated, thus reducing non-specific binding and increasing biomaterial detection efficiency.
