Abstract:
A method for detecting Hepatitis B virus (HBV) T216C mutation based on micro-droplet digital PCR technology. By combining micro-droplet digital PCR technology with an amplification mutation system method, i.e., making use of the advantages of high sensitivity and absolute quantification of a digital PCR in combination with the advantage of high specificity of an amplification refractory mutation system, a method capable of detecting a low-abundance HBV mutation situation early is developed, so as to better satisfy the requirements of clinical medication and scientific research.
