Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for detecting and/or identifying bacteria of genus Staphylococcus comprising the following steps: A) extracting the nucleic material of the bacteria of genus Staphylococcus; B) amplifying at least one target sequence of the nucleic material of the bacteria of genus Staphylococcus using at least one amplification primer including at least 10 nucleotide motifs of the SEQ ID N DEG 1 and/or at least one amplification primer including at least 10 nucleotide motifs of the SEQ ID N DEG 2 to obtain amplicons of the target sequence; C) determining the presence of bacteria of genus Staphylococcus through detection of said amplicons.
