Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of parameter measurement of numerically controlled machine tools, and disclosed are a method for detecting and identifying a spindle mounting error and the coaxiality between a spindle and a C-axis, comprising the following steps: step 1: acquiring measurement data, using a detection instrument to measure and record a position deviation of a ball center of a ball-end test arbor when the C-axis and the spindle are at different rotational angles; step 2: extracting the measurement data when the C-axis is rotated for at least one circle in step 1, perform circle fitting by means of least squares to obtain the radius of movement of the ball center, and calculating a spindle mounting inclination error in combination with different rod lengths of the ball-end test arbor; step 3: extracting the measurement data when the C-axis and the spindle are rotated for at least one circle in step 1, and performing sine function fitting to obtain a spindle mounting translation error and a coaxiality error between the spindle and the C-axis; and step 4: repeating step 1 to step 3, performing multiple measurements, and taking an average value of identification results. The present invention can effectively implement separation and identification of a measurement position deviation value, and provide a data source for rapid assessment of machine tool accuracy.
