Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for detecting methylation of an SDC2 gene, a composition for detecting methylation of an SDC2 gene, and a kit comprising same and, more specifically, to: a method for detecting methylation of an SDC2 gene by using primers for specifically amplifying a methylated SDC2 gene and a probe capable of complementarily hybridizing with a methylated SDC2 gene that has been specifically amplified by the primers; a composition for detecting methylation of an SDC2 gene; and a kit comprising same.
