Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING NORMAL CONDUCTION TRANSITION OF SUPERCONDUCTING WIRE ROD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/081123
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for detecting a normal conduction transition of a superconducting wire rod (1) provided with a substrate, a superconducting layer having a critical temperature of 77 K or higher, and a metal stabilization layer, wherein an optical fiber (3) is disposed in the superconducting wire rod (1), measurement light is caused to be incident on the optical fiber (3), the intensity of anti-Stokes Raman scattered light of the measurement light is measured, and the occurrence of a normal conduction transition in the superconducting wire rod (1) is detected on the basis of a change in the intensity of the anti-Stokes Raman scattered light.
