Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention are a method for detecting the Siglecs family in a chorion, and a test kit and application thereof: preparing specific primers for Siglec 1-3, Siglec 5-12, and Siglec 14-15 in the chorion Siglecs family; coating the specific primers on a cell culture plate; mixing a sample to be tested with a reaction liquid, then adding the coated cell culture plate to perform PCR quantitative detection and using the test kit for performing the detection method; the above can be used for measuring the nucleic acid level of the Siglecs family in the chorion, and is not suitable for application in repeated natural abortion for unknown reasons, particularly in detection of repeated natural abortion caused by the failure of the embryo adhesion capability, etc. as a result of the embryo implantation capability being affected.
