Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for detecting a target substance with the use of a conveniently designed probe for detecting the target substance, and so on.
Specifically disclosed is a method for detecting a target substance which comprises: a step for providing a probe (4) wherein a substance (1), to which an aptamer can bind, and a label (2) are bonded to a linker (14), which can be fixed to a support (5), and an aptamer (6) binds to the substance (1); and a detection step for, in the state where the probe (4) is fixed to the support (5), separating the aptamer (6) from the substance (1) via the binding of the aptamer (6) to the target substance (8) in a sample, and then detecting the separation of the aptamer (6) with the use of the label (2).
