Abstract:
A method for determining the ablation degree of a blade of a gas turbine. The method comprises the following steps: scanning an ablated blade by means of a scanning tool, so as to obtain a point cloud graph of the ablated blade; importing the point cloud graph of the ablated blade into software for processing, and encapsulating the processed point cloud graph into a sheet shape, so as to obtain an ablated-blade model; scanning a complete blade by means of the scanning tool, so as to obtain a point cloud graph of the complete blade; importing the point cloud graph of the complete blade into the software for processing, and encapsulating the processed point cloud graph into a sheet shape, so as to obtain a complete-blade model; importing both the ablated-blade model and the complete-blade model into software, and performing fitting on the two models; and measuring a fitted model by means of a measurement tool, so as to obtain an ablation degree parameter of an ablation area of the ablated blade. By means of the method, an ablation degree parameter of an ablation area of a blade of a gas turbine can be accurately obtained, the measurement precision is relatively high, an error is relatively small, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
