Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a method for determining and adjusting the rotation angle of a rotatable guide vane in low working conditions of an axial flow compressor of a marine gas turbine, comprising: extracting a pneumatic parameter at a feature cross-section position of an adjacent rear movable vane of a rotatable guide vane in each column of a compressor, solving the converted speed of a low working condition of the compressor and a design point converted speed, and calculating the peripheral speed of the movable vane; setting a converted flow value to calculate the axial speed of each column of movable vane inlets; given the expected inlet angle of attack of a next-stage movable vane, obtaining an inlet relative airflow angle of the next-stage movable vane after each column of rotatable guide vanes, and obtaining the rotation angle of each column of rotatable guide vanes, and obtaining rotation angle rules of the rotatable guide vanes of the compressor at different converted speeds. The method can effectively increase the surge margin index of a compressor under low working conditions.
