Abstract:

Disclosed are a method for determining a coverage level, a base station and a terminal. The method can be applied to a target base station, and comprises: receiving a first measurement signal, sent by a source base station, of a target cell; according to the first measurement signal, and pre-set measurement signal thresholds corresponding to different coverage levels, determining an initial coverage level of a terminal in the target cell; and sending the initial coverage level to the source base station.
