Abstract:
According to a method for determining false negative and false positive reactions that can appear in the detection of a pathogen gene of a target disease, using a real-time RT-PCR method for viral hemorrhagic sepsis as a standard, presented in the present invention, a synthetic gene including both a nucleotide sequence according to a standardized Jonstrup VHS rRT-PCR method and a nucleotide sequence for target disease detection is cloned into a structurally stable plasmid DNA vector to extract synthetic recombinant plasmid DNA, and detection sensitivities of real-time RT-PCR performed using the DNA are compared so that the detection sensitivity of a pathogen gene of a target disease can be verified, and a highly sensitive gene detection method for a target disease can be established in a short time by adjusting same.
