Abstract:
A method and a device for acquiring chlorophyll fluorescence three-dimensional distribution information of a crop canopy. Said device comprises a CropObserver, which is a colony photosynthetic chlorophyll fluorescence measurement device, a 3D camera, and a computer system, the 3D camera being connected to the computer system that runs Visual studio 2017 and MATLAB 2018. The Visual studio 2017 invokes a point cloud library and a computer visual library, so as to achieve three-dimensional visualization of chlorophyll fluorescence information of a crop to be measured.
