Abstract:
A method and a device for adherent culture of microalgae in a thin liquid layer by movement and mechanical stirring, comprising: a thin liquid layer adherent microalgae culture device subsystem (1), used for adherent culture of microalgae in a culture solution, and comprising an algae liquid pool (11) and a culture plate (12), the culture plate (12) being used as a substrate for algae seed inoculation, adherent culture, and microalgae harvesting, the algae liquid pool (11) containing the culture solution having a water layer of a depth in the range of 1 to 5 cm, forming a thin liquid layer; and a mechanical stirring device subsystem (2), comprising a mechanical stirring assembly (21), a moving assembly (22), a track member (25), a power drive assembly (23), and a control assembly (24), the moving assembly (22) moving on the track member (25) to drive the mechanical stirring assembly (21) to stir and suspend the microalgae, and the microalgae gradually settling to the bottom due to the restoration of standing conditions after stirring, thereby carrying out adherent culture in the suspension and settlement cycle.
