Abstract:
The present application discloses a method and device for adjusting data plan for a plurality of user identifications, belonging to the communication technology field. The plurality of user identifications share a data volume in a data plan provided by an operator; the method comprises: acquiring a data plan and a data consumption record of each of the plurality of user identifications before the current time point of a billing cycle; predicting the sum of the consumed data of the plurality of user identifications in the billing cycle according to the data consumption records, so as to obtain a predicted total consumed data; sending data plan adjusting indication information comprising at least one user identification of the plurality of user identifications and a corresponding new data plan to a billing system of the operator according to the predicted total consumed data and the data plan of each user identification, so as to indicate the billing system to adjust a data plan for the at least one user identification. In such a way, the data plan of the current billing cycle can be automatically adjusted and the adjusting mode is more timely and accurate.
