Abstract:
A method and device for animal state monitoring, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring at least two consecutively shot side images of a same animal (S11); recognizing posture information of the animal from the side images on the basis of a pretrained posture detection module (S12); and determining a corresponding animal state on the animal on the basis of the posture information (S13). Based on a computer vision scheme, the animal posture information is detected from the images via the pretrained model, the animal state is analyzed on the basis of the posture information, obviated is the need for manual monitoring, any abnormal animal condition can be discovered in a timely and accurate manner, the efficiency of monitoring is increased, and labor costs and time costs are reduced.
