A method and device for auditing data integrity, and a storage medium. The method comprises: slicing, into different file blocks, a file to be uploaded; calculating a file label and a file authenticator corresponding to each file block; sending the file authenticator and the file to a cloud for storage while sending the file label and metadata information to a blockchain; and verifying the integrity of cloud storage data according to the file label and the metadata information in the blockchain. According to the method, a keyless management function is provided, the integrity of cloud data may be audited without possessing a private key of a data owner, and no key information needs to be stored and maintained, which eliminates single-point fault and single-point trust problems introduced by a traditional implementation schemes due to the need for maintaining a centralized key management center, is better suited for a decentralized service scenario, and has low key maintenance costs. In addition, according to the present invention, the transparency of the auditing process may be effectively improved, and the execution efficiency is high.
