Abstract:
Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a method for changing an RRC state. The method is applied to a terminal, and comprise: sending first information to a base station, wherein the first information at least comprises request information requesting to change from a radio resource control (RRC) connected state to an RRC non-connected state, and the RRC non-connected state comprises an RRC idle state or an RRC inactive state.
