Abstract:
A method and device for cleaning an inner wall of a furnace tube. A furnace tube (9) is vertically placed; a cleaning liquid is sprayed from a furnace tube cleaning nozzle, and a U-shaped pipe (82) is driven to drive the furnace tube cleaning nozzle to rise in the furnace tube (9); and when the U-shaped pipe (82) rises to the top, the outflow of the cleaning liquid is slowed by means of a flexible baffle (83), such that the space from the flexible baffle (83) to the top of the furnace tube (9) can be filled with the cleaning liquid. The cleaning device solves the problem of a lifting cleaning assembly (8) having a limited lifting height, and can also clean up the inner wall of the top of the furnace tube, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
