Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for collecting statistics on user traffic. The method comprises: a management server collects statistics, according to a traffic-free policy, on data traffic that needs to be cleared during remote management interaction with a terminal; and the management server sends the data traffic and a terminal identifier of the terminal to a traffic statistics collection server, the data traffic being used by the traffic statistics collection server to correct the total user traffic corresponding to the terminal identifier. The present invention also provides a device and a computer storage medium.
