Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to batch scanning solution for pathological slides. The present disclosure relates to a method, an electronic device and an apparatus for slide processing. The method comprises obtaining a first image of a tray comprising a plurality of slots. A slot is capable of holding a slide and the slide comprises a label and a specimen for pathologic analysis. The method further comprises determining a plurality of sub-images from the first image based on a structure of the tray, where each of the plurality of sub-images corresponds to one of the plurality of slots. The method further comprises extracting information from the label of the slide based on at least one of the sub-images. Through the solution, a plurality of slides can be automatically processed at one time, thus improving the efficiency of slides management.
