Abstract:
The inventive method for controlling energy consumption by a great number of consumers is carried out by means of the inventive device in which each energy consumer is provided with at least one meter (15) which transforms data on energy consumption into corresponding electrical signals. Said electrical signals are grouped with the aid of a controller (14) in order to form a database. Afterwards, said grouped electrical signals are converted into a form fit for the transmission thereof by a radio link (9) in compliance with the DECT standard. The converted electrical signals being transmitted by the radio link (9) in compliance with the DECT standard, the electrical signals are received and converted in such a way that they are processable by an electronic computing device (1). The thus received electrical signals are automatically processed with the aid of the device (1).
