Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for controlling a fluidity index of a molten resin, whereby not only can the fluidity of the molten resin be ascertained while continuous molding is being performed, but the fluidity can be controlled to within a desired target range. [Solution] Assuming a narrow flow channel formed in a molten resin flow channel to be a capillary or an orifice, a fluidity index representing a fluidity characteristic of the weighed molten resin is measured on the basis of the weighed resin quantity of the molten resin and a back pressure acting on a screw during a weighing step, the measured value of the fluidity index is fed back and compared with a target value, and the back pressure or the rotation speed of the screw is controlled so that there is no deviation from the target value.
