Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for diagnosing an electronic device. According to one embodiment, a device for diagnosing an electronic device may comprise: a master diagnostic block which generates a control signal when a diagnostic mode starts; a multiplexer which sequentially outputs diagnostic power through diagnostic power paths on the basis of the control signal; slave diagnostic blocks which sequentially receive the diagnostic power through the diagnostic power paths and use the diagnostic power to generate diagnostic data of power management circuits of the electronic device; modulators which transmit the diagnostic data by modulating power signals of the diagnostic power paths; and a demodulator which receives the diagnostic data by demodulating the power signals of the diagnostic power paths, and provides the diagnostic data to the master diagnostic block.
